Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program offered by The Cradle Coach Academy. By accessing our courses, certifications, or digital content, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course, certification, coaching program, or accessing digital materials offered by The Cradle Coach Academy (“TCCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll or continue to use our services.
2. Program Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment in any TCCA program is confirmed upon receipt of full or installment payment as agreed at checkout. Tuition plans offered directly by the Academy (such as 3-pay or 6-pay monthly plans) must be paid in full according to the schedule provided. Third-party financing through partners like Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay is governed by the separate terms of those providers. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. You may enroll at any time; programs are self-paced and do not require waiting for a cohort.
3. Access & Lifetime Support
Most TCCA programs include a 12-week core curriculum followed by lifetime access to the graduate community and ongoing mentor support. “Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the program as currently offered and is subject to continued availability of our platform. We reserve the right to update, restructure, or retire course content, tools, or community features at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, workbooks, templates, videos, written content, branding, and downloadable resources provided by TCCA are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own learning and professional practice. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your login credentials or program materials with anyone who has not purchased enrollment.
5. Certification & Use of Credentials
Completion of a TCCA certification program does not guarantee employment, income, or client results. Any certificates or credentials awarded represent completion of our curriculum and practicum requirements. You are responsible for complying with any local, state, or national licensing requirements applicable to your profession and scope of practice. You agree to represent your credentials accurately and not to imply endorsements or affiliations we have not granted.
6. Practicum & Pro Bono Clients
Programs that include supervised practicum placements require participants to conduct themselves professionally and ethically when working with families. TCCA facilitates placements but is not liable for outcomes of individual client engagements. You agree to follow all mentor guidance, maintain client confidentiality, and adhere to the scope of your training.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our programs and community spaces respectfully. You will not harass, discriminate against, or disrupt other students, mentors, or staff; post harmful or unlawful content; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violations may result in removal from programs and community spaces without refund.
8. Disclaimers
TCCA provides educational and coaching services only. Nothing in our programs constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Results, income, and career outcomes vary based on individual effort, market, and many other factors. We make no guarantees regarding earnings or business success. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your family or situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCCA and its owners, instructors, mentors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our programs or materials. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant program.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Cradle Coach Academy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
