We’re not here to hand people a certificate and send them on their way.
We’re here to train professionals who are prepared to support real families, do the work with confidence, and grow a business with standards behind it.
The Cradle Coach Academy is a training institution for future and growing family support professionals. We offer structured education, real-world application, and business development for people who want to do this work well and build something solid with it.

Structured Education • Real Client Practice • Paid Career
One academy. Multiple training paths.
The Cradle Coach Academy was built to bring serious training for family support professionals under one roof. That includes sleep consultant certification, newborn care education, parent coaching, specialized add-on training, and business mentorship designed to help students move from learning to practice to paid work.
Why we built it this way
Too many certification programs stop at education. Students learn the material, pass the modules, and leave with a credential but no real experience using it and no clear path to turning it into work.
That gap is where a lot of new practitioners get stuck.
The Cradle Coach Academy was built to close that gap. We believe strong training should include more than coursework. It should include application, feedback, mentorship, and a clear path for what comes after certification.
That’s why our programs are built around more than information alone. We care about standards, practice, and what it actually takes to be ready.
What makes TCCA different
We’re building more than one offer. We’re building a serious training institution for this field.
Education with standards
Our programs are built around structured learning, clear expectations, and training that takes the work seriously.
Real-world application
In programs like Sleep Consultant Certification, students don’t just study the material. They work with real families before graduating.
Mentorship and feedback
Students receive support during the process, not just at the beginning or after the fact.
Business development built in
We don’t treat business training like a separate issue to solve later. We include it because being trained is only part of the path. Students also need to know how to build, launch, and grow.
An academy model
We’re building a multi-specialty institution that supports practitioners through all stages of their career, offering comprehensive paths in pediatric sleep, newborn care, and parent coaching.
Built by Practitioners
Our core leadership and mentoring team are active practitioners with years of real client experience in sleep consulting, newborn care, and family coaching.

"This matters because families do not need one-size-fits-all help, and students do not need shallow training. They need broader perspective, better judgment, and support from people who know the work from different angles."
